Dr Dugan is the best. He has high intellectual and emotional intelligence combined with great knowledge and excellent judgement. He acts with urgency if/when needed. I trust him.

Dr. James Dugan is caring, considerate, and patient. During each of my bone marrow biopsies, he explains each step of the procedure before he does it so I know what to expect. Dr. Dugan always calls me as soon as he learns the results of any scan or biopsy I've had. He takes the time to discuss my bloodwork in detail and answer any questions I may have. I appreciate Dr. Dugan's expertise and kindness. I am blessed to have him as my oncologist!

Dr. Dugan is, in my opinion, the best Oncologist and I am very thankful he is my doctor.

My experience at the Hematology Center and with Dr. Dugan was much more than I expected. From check in to taking vitals to having lab work the procedures went smoothly and everyone was kind and considerate. I cannot say enough about Dr. Dugan. He was very informative and explained my diagnosis fully in words I understood. He patiently answered all my questions. Dr. Dugan treated me with respect and kindness.
