Felt like Dr. B really took his time with me. Did not feel rushed like many Dr appointments. I was very satisfied with the care I received.

I have been a patient at Bradford Clinic for 50 years. I had a trusting relationship with Dr Bowles for many of those years and it's nearly impossible not to compare Dr Bhojwani with her. I know that's not really fair but it's my reality. I am sure he's a great doctor and I will hopefully develop the same trust with him. This visit was to assess a lump in my breast. I shared I have a family history of fatal breast cancer (paternal grandmother and aunt) so I am very nervous. It seemed the appointment became more about me getting genetic counseling than concern for the discovered lump. He referred me for the expected imaging saying he didn't expect It would be anything (based on what I do not know) but nothing about options if this is malignant other than a mastectomy/double mastectomy. I hate for Dr Bhojwani that he had to meet the scared version of me. But, I would like to think a doctor meeting a patient for the first time with a lump in her breast would have understood that and perhaps spent a little more time reassuring me in the present vs focusing on referring me for counseling about my future risk for cancer. I am 67 and I want to know what's wrong now. He's not wrong to recommend the counseling and I will comply after I find out about this lump. So, all that to say, Dr Bhojwani gave me a perfectly acceptable level of medical care but he and I have a ways to go to get to "very good" on my overall experience of care.

Dr. B was very kind, attentive, and gentle. He listened to my concerns and included me in decisions. He explained my condition clearly and future steps for care. I would highly recommend him.
