Growing up with a family member in medicine gave me an early appreciation for the impact healthcare clinicians can have on the people around them. That influence stayed with me and ultimately shaped my decision to pursue a career in healthcare. She eased A LOT of worries that I have about pregnancy and assured me the team at Novant was caring.
