This was our first meeting with NP Smith and it went very well. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. She was very understanding with our situation and provided information that was helpful to our situation.

Andrea Smith, PA, was excellent. She seemed genuinely interested in my current condition and effectively communicated with me about anticipated changes in my prescription medication. She then submitted a new prescription to the Novant Health Specialty Pharmacy during our video conference and confirmed that it went through. She reiterated that If I had any questions or if there were any changes in my condition, I should let her and/or Dr. Greer know Immediately.
