I did not have to wait long before being called in. The nurse was very nice and concerned about me. Leslis is just the best. I hope she stays here as long as I live here and need medical attention. All the staff are like your friends. I enjoy my visits there. Every medical facility could take tips from them.

My care provider, Ms. Spainhour(sp), is very responsive, very attentive and answers my questions with honesty and with MY best interest involved, not hers or the practice she works for. My previous care provider before her was absolutely HORRIBLE. I feel I am listened to and my care is provided and based on MY needs, MY health, MY habits and the information I provide to her. It's a relationship. It has to be based on trust, honesty and care. I am getting the care I need and expect with everything I am experiencing with my physical health and my mental health, because I am listened to.

Lindsay Spainhour was absolutely fantastic with me. I was extremely impressed. I honestly was not thrilled about seeing a nurse practitioner for my issue. However, I am pleased I did. I would definitely see her again and recommend her. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind.

Everyone at this office is top notch! From the ladies at the front desk, people working in the lab, nurses, and providers. I am so glad that I chose this place as my primary. Wouldn’t trade Lindsay for anyone else either, she’s the best!

My new primary care Spainhour took her time and listen to all my questions. I am sure we went over the time alloted for my appointment but, she took her time and acted as if I was the only patient she had. I am really going to like her as my new primary care.
