Very Good and Cares about patient

Lindsay's always easy to talk to and helpful. It always feels like we're having a conversation instead of "if this than that" back and forth.

Lindsay Spainhour took her time with me and had a great talk about my health

She was the only provider that actually noticed that I had a medical condition on one side of my face n brought it to my attention thank dr Spainhour for your attention to your medical profession in noticing certain problems that needed attention

She seemed annoyed to even have to see me, no smile or introduction of who she was. She just ce in & asked me why I was there. I started to explain that my symptoms started 3 weeks prior & she rudely interrupted by saying the same thing the nurse had said when she brought me &y husband into the ro. "why are you here TODAY?"", Both of them had rudely interrupte! I was trying to explain how mybsptoms had changed over the 3 weeks & that I had been to urgent care after the first week & they said I had to go to the hospital, which is what they say to practically everybody. When I told her that I was trying to tell her what broight me into the office she became a bit more attentive. She ordered the appropriate tests & prescribed the appropriate meds. She in formed me I'd had Covid for 3 weeks & had asecoomdary imfection, which I already knew as I'd come into the office. I just think she could have attempted to introduce herself & at least faked alittle friendliness. My husband agreed. The she forgot to call in one of my meds & I had to call the next day. It didn't get called in until the following day, 2 days afyery visit. I had phoned the care team the next morning but it took another 24 hours for a response.
