The job of a doctor has many parts. I get to perform procedures, provide medical treatment and work closely with patients to manage care plans. Some medical specialties are focused more on one of these areas than another. Since I enjoy all three, I'm lucky to have found cardiology. This field gives me a great balance between completing treatments and procedures, and getting to know those in my care.

Dr. Golden is not only my doctor but he's become a caring friend. We've been working together with my health for years. My opinions are always taken into consideration. I'm never rushed. He even took the time to ask how I was doing since dealing with cancer and he even asked about my son and remembered what he was in college for! That goes beyond caring for my issues but caring for me as a person. I'm forever grateful for him
