I love pediatric care. Every stage of a child's development brings its own unique joys and challenges, and I find meaning in all of them. The newborn visits are some of my favorites. There is something special about being there as parents find their footing, and I make it a point to remind them to prioritize themselves and their relationship, not just their new baby.

As children grow into their preschool years, I enjoy encouraging parents to set thoughtful limits that help their kids feel safe...
