From the time I checked in, got called back, vitals taken, and met with doctor, to checkout it was the best experience I’ve ever had within Novanthealth or any other healthcare facility. Not a fan of My Chart which seems to be the thing. Dr Swaim is aware of this and supposedly I will receive lab reports in the mail. Appreciate her respecting where I am at this time of my life and how difficult technology is for some patients.

The quality of the admin support staff was very improved since previous visit - nobody argued with me. The vampire in the lab was obviously new, but did a great job with taking my blood if not as smoothly as the experienced staff. I have nothing but good to say about my doctor as well - she has provided great care for my family.

LOVE the new option of leaving your number so someone from the office can call you back. Really seemed to put the patient first.
