My first experience with Alexandra McKinney, a follow up after heart ablation. My wife and I were both impressed with her professionalism, friendliness and over all knowledge. She took time with us to answer our questions, we did not feel rushed, on the contrary, we felt a confidence in her that we have not had in many providers. Well done Novant Health, she is an asset to your organization and we would love to have her in the future, along with Dr. Hsu the Dr. who performed the ablation, over all a completely wonderful experience.
