My first experience with Alexandra McKinney, a follow up after heart ablation. My wife and I were both impressed with her professionalism, friendliness and over all knowledge. She took time with us to answer our questions, we did not feel rushed, on the contrary, we felt a confidence in her that we have not had in many providers. Well done Novant Health, she is an asset to your organization and we would love to have her in the future, along with Dr. Hsu the Dr. who performed the ablation, over all a completely wonderful experience.

Her ability to communicate with me about my medical heart condition made me feel relaxed,and able to understand what she was explaining to me. Her friendly demeanor, and professional knowledge and explanations to my concerns was above and beyond. Being a CDL driver and had been in an accident because of my condition brought me to Novant. It's 3 hrs from my home in Benson, NC for my appointments but it's well worth the Drive.

I was a little skeptical about my PA, but she was prepared for my visit and provided a lot of information regarding my treatment. I also liked her knowledge about my condition and her plan for care. This visit went better than I was expecting.
