My provider was awesome, kind, took time with me, explained everything thoroughly

Excellent courteous doctor who took his time and did not rush us. He explained everything in detail and allowed us to make the decision for next steps without any pressure.

I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the exceptional service I received during my recent visit. From the front desk to the nurses and especially Dr. Chevrollier, everyone was courteous, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as possible.

I had a very good appointment with the colon rectal specialist Dr. Chev. All my questions were answered and left feeling hopeful for my diagnosis.

Dr. Chevrollier exceeded my expectations. He’s highly professional, builds rapport by listening carefully with eye contact in an unhurried manner which is important to put patients at ease. He took detailed notes and answered a follow-up question via MyChart. I liked that he shows empathy without appearing arrogant. He was open to my “clarifications” to his post visit notes. If I have further colorectal issues, I will definitely seek him out again.

The doctor explained all and left an appointment open in case of any pain or bleeding. The doctor was very kind and professional. I'm very grateful, thanks doctor C.
