She is a wonderful physician who truly cares about each and every one of her patients. She is knowledgeable and compassionate and never rushes the patient through the visit. She answers all questions and concerns in a way that the patient can understand. She is engaged with her patients throughout the visit. If Novant could clone her, it would be to their advantage. I don't know what I would do without her. Dr. Erin Jepsen is outstanding physician in every way possible!

Considering why I was there it was such a good experience. Everyone was so nice! I was taken such good care of.

I travel 400 miles to maintain my relationships with Dr jepsen and the staff who took care of me in Jan 2020 with my double mastectomy, that should indicate how much I value their care.

This was my 1st time there. I felt cared about. Dr. Jensen has an upbeat demeanor that helps take fear to a minimum.

Atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

This diagnosis is not one that you would want! However, the entire team has been supportive, personable, Informative and encouraging! All of this allows me to move forward, feeling secure that I will receive the very Best of care!

My word, Dr. Jepson is simply amazing. She knew my case history, was extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the latest cancer treatments and research. She was so warm and easy to talk to and made me feel valued as an individual, not just another patient. I would highly recommend her to anyone! The staff was kind and wonderful, starting with Abigail and Lee Anne, Leslie, Christy (Nurse Navigator), Jennifer (Dr. Jepson?s nurse), Sara, and then Charity at checkout. They could not have been any nicer. I hope I have remembered all the names. It is tough to be a cancer patient, but all of these people made the visit as pleasant as possible.
