Very through attention to my needs. Over many years I have never had any problem at this clinic.

To whom it may concern. Doctor Freese is by far one of the greatest providers Novant has to offer. She is kind and compassionate and works diligently to provide, offer, and execute all expectations for patient care. She is very personable and provides her patients a comfortable environment to discuss medical care. Additionally the Staff are all very polite and accommodating from when you enter to when you leave and are always professional. No complaints whatsoever.

Being a patient of long standing I can say that care at this practice has always been of high quality. There was a time a few years back when scheduling was sometimes difficult but that has long since been resolved (in my experience).

When I got home from the visit she had already emailed me with information I needed, plus a referral I asked her about. She is a wonderful caregiver and definitely knows what she is doing.
