I saw Megan because my normal doctor was out. Megan did not follow up on my labs to inform me I was very deficient in a key nutrient. I Had to reach out to her several days later to inquire about my labs and a summary of some other tests I had done. I then asked a follow up question regarding the recommended supplement over a week ago, and have yet to receive a response. I understand I am not the only patient but a 48 hour response as they advertise would be nice. Very unprofessional.
