The doctor was very personable and informative.

The receptionist was very nice. Shari, as always, was very professional but also very personable. The entire staff was friendly and courteous.

Dr. Shari Levesque and her team were attentive to my needs and answered all my questions. The purpose of my visit was a routine follow up so I can continue to get CPAP supplies. Dr. Levesque took the time to show and allow me to use different masks. She adjusted the pressure on my CPAP to meet my needs. She was able to provide me a remedy for side effects from another medicine that I am currently taking. Because of her and her team I had the best nights of sleep that I have had in years...yes, years! Dr. Levesque is not only caring and attentive - she has a wonderful sense of humor and puts you at ease. My husband and I will continue to recommend her to anyone that will listen. Job well done!

Great team, puts you at ease, takes care of business!

I suffer from sleep apnea and I've had 3 sleep doctors over the last 3 years. As I have an Inspire device, I'm restricted to Inspire trained personnel. I went to Novant originally but they didn't support Inspire back in 2021. Now, after living with the Inspire device for over 2 years, and having some difficulties with sleeping I find Sheri at Novant and after our first visit, and a device adjustment, I slept 6 hours straight the first night! Given that a 4 hour sleep was a win before, this is a home run. I don't think I'm done yet but she obviously understands the device and its programming. I'm now a fan and look forward to working with her in the future to fine tune my sleeping.

Shari is fantastic!! She's very knowledgeable, able to convey the hard truths about OSD, but also kind and caring. She is understanding and respectful, and I'm thankful for her. Additionally, I had to change my appointment once or twice due to a tooth issue. The staff was very kind, patient and helpful with rescheduling.

Overall, the doctor was so caring in explaining questions that I asked about my sleeping pattern. I felt comfortable speaking with her.

Nurse Practitioner Shari is very knowledgeable and sharee with me all updates on my sleep health. When I have been a little negligent, she has been able to get me back on track. I am grateful to her office and she in particular for helping me to evolve with my Sleep Health.
