I had called ahead of time to let the office know I was running late due to extreme nausea and dizziness following a trip to the ER for a seizure the previous day - I needed those symptoms to abate before we could get in the car. The office assured us that if we made it in the 10 minutes grace period we would be seen. I walked through the door at exactly 11:10 and the front desk tried to get me in. Nichole refused to see me Initially and when the nurse (Kannesha) brought me back because she was under the Impression I had arrived within the grace period (which I had), Nichole was exceptionally rude to both myself and Kannesha about bringing me back to be seen despite having provided context for why it had taken a bit to get there and why it was important that I be seen at that time. Kannesha was wonderful and extremely professional despite being yelled at in the exam room while I was present. When Nichole finally agreed to see me, she gave far too many personal and office-related excuses for why she was stressed - none of which were my business or in any way helped given how she had reacted when I had arrived. I was clearly emotionally and physically distressed for the duration of the appointment and her general lack of concern and care regarding the medical emergency that occurred the previous day, coupled with how she handled what the appointment was actually supposed to cover, was truly alarming and I will not be scheduling another appointment with her.
