Dr W took great care in answering my questions. He made sure u understood why I was taking this new med and went in detail how and when to take it. I learned during this conversation that I had been taking the med just before bedtime. I moved my time to take 2nd dose in afternoon. I am now getting a goodnights sleep. The first time in months
