Every single staff member I interacted with was personable and efficient. I greatly appreciated that Dr. Ingold reviewed my concerns before he entered the examination room and was prepared to discuss my problem immediately. Dr. Ingold is thorough in every aspect and effectively communicates all pertinent information. And I love that he is a numbers guy. He always seems to be in the know of current data and research!

Listened and provided ptofessional opinion to see a specialist for injury beyond his scope. Specialist called me Saturday to have me seen Monday. This does not happen as quickly in my prior state!

Probably one of the most comprehensive appointments I’ve had with Novant. Appointments have always been good, but this appointment was exceptional in terms of the amount of information and the discussion of what the issues were. Provider was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the issues.
