Dr. Gurum is not my regular doctor. I am a patient of Dr. Iveta Swaim, however, I could not get an appointment with her. I really liked Dr. Gurum, she was very attentive and focused on my reason for being there. I would switch to Dr. Gurum if I could because Dr. Swaim is so busy, and you can hardly get an appointment with Dr. Swaim unless it's made months in advance. I don't like that.

I enjoyed meeting with Dr. Guram, she listened to my concerns and gave me advice on additional care & medication. From my initial visit I am thankful that she will be my GP from this point forward. Her nurse was very professional & caring !

The hallway was packed with patients and it didn’t feel inviting. We were also delayed checking in because we had 6 patients in line in front of us. Front desk staff were very courteous though.

I don’t think you should have to give out your birthdate in the lobby. Other than that this doctor was excellent. I asked her a lot of questions and she took the time to answer them. I tend to not trust doctors 100% but she explained things so I could understand the issues with my health.

Dr Garmon was very thorough and attentive. I am very pleased with care I received and her response to my concerns.

Dr. Guarum is great. She doesn't make you feel rushed and answers questions, concerns.

Dr. Guram is excellent. She really took the time to listen to me and personalize my care. She has a wonderful bedside manner. I would recommend her if you are looking for a PCP.

The staff , from the lab: I was one the first on the list in the waiting room and i was the last to serve me, after me three more arrived and they were served first, they and the staff being the same color…

I like my new Dr HOWEVER I'm concerned how long she will be here. .....My doctor has changed four times!! Novant only notified me of one change! I like her very much and hope she stays a while.

My experience was Great. This visit was my first with my new doctor due to my previous doctor went to another location within Novant. I am extremely pleased with my new doctor and looking forward to working with her on getting my health back on track to a better healthy life. Thanks for everything

This was my first appointment with Dr.G, she was very kind and compassionate and professional, all my questions were answers ,and we discussed things that I was concern about, and her staff and her technician was wonderful, everyone was wonderful.
