Wonderful doctor!

The staff and their teams make you feel so comfortable and cared for. They listen to you and answer any questions you have. I would highly recommend. Thanks to Dr Zoumberos ,Anna and others for always making me feel cared for.

I appreciated how warm & comfortable the pre-op room felt vs. some other facilities I've been in that felt very cold/sterile. The walls had some color to them. I was given a warm blanket & a colorful robe to wear. Every practitioner I interacted with was calm & friendly. All those little things chip away at the anxiety of having a procedure done & helped me feel a bit more at ease.

Got surgery set up quickly. Very quick appointment. Knowing what to expect after surgery was very vague. They do surgery weekly probably but my knowledge not very good. Not even sure what to ask so better explanation on what to expect would have been very helpful. Part my fought because did not really have questions ready. Should have asked about after surgery. Volunteering that would be nice or an offer to tell about.

Personally, this is an awkward appointment to have- Even though I am in the medical field- But everyone was very courteous and attempted to make the visit as easy as possible, which was extremely appreciated.

I was very anxious when I arrived. I felt much better after the appointment.

I felt I was important. I became more comfortable, listened to what I had to say, answered my questions, explained things to me about the upcoming surgery, how to prepare for it and what to expect before surgery, in surgery, after surgery.

I was impressed by the friendliness of all the staff and Dr. Z treated me and my family with the utmost Respect. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Z was absolutely wonderful and patiently answered all my questions. I never felt rushed.

These are extremely hard appointments for me but Dr.Z and her staff makes me feel very comfortable and makes a very humiliating experience bearable. I always feel very respected and my questions are always answered.

Dr. Zoumberos and her assistant were kind and gentle. They took intentional actions to respect my dignity and humanity. I am consistently impressed by Dr. Zoumberos - her expertise, knowledge, kindness, and bedside manner are incredible.
