Dr Prochaska and her nurse make you feel like family. They truly care about people. I have recommended Dr Prochaska to several different friends that has had cancer. She’s the best!!

My doctor is the best doctor I have ever had. She is dedicated,kind and very good with explaining your treatment. She is a big asset to Novant.

The Dr and support staff are always friendly and helpful. I’ve had good experiences in this office. The only downside is scheduling has been a challenge, I’m just told when my appointment is, no asking about best day or time for me. I have days off during the week but I’m always scheduled on my work days and the scheduling staff have told me I don’t have other options

I was a little worried, BUT they made me feel better about my condition and made me realize that I was in great hands, the care I got was like a good friend by my side and we are going to get through this together, thanks to all the staff.

This was my first visit with Dr. Prochaska and she was terrific. My primary care physician recommended her and she was absolutely correct about her. I am so pleased to be a patient of Dr. Prochaska moving forward with my health care.

being apprehensive about a new oncologist after moving to a new town, can i just say is unnerving. but dr prochaska and her staff were off the charts! she knew alot about my past health history and addressed alot of things i had questions about moving forward. everyone told me she was amazing and why i had doubts i'll never know. i look forward to seeing her again in 6 months. her two assistants pat & i can't remember maybe chrissy were also wonderful! don't want to forget them, they keep things rolling i could tell :) it was also day one of a new system of some sort.

My visit with Dr Prochaska I had my family also at the visit Dr Prochaska answered any questions they had we never felt rushed. My family was very impressed with Dr Prochaska they came out of the visit knowing that Dr Prochaska is taking good care of their Mother. I always feel great after I had my visit I know I’m on the road to recovery thanks to Dr Prochaska.

Wonderful folks there!

Great friendly staff from Dr Cresbo and Dustin RN at Scott's hill to he team and nurses at the hospital. Love Deidre...Sarah ...Tish Katy and Alexis. All We're wonderful and should be commended for their caring and happy disposition! Not once did any of them leave my room without asking was there anything I can get for you!! The surgeon and the team who did my heart cath were just as wonderful. It was the whole feeling in the hospital of happy working people! Wonderful experience!!

There was no waiting

Someone attempted to enter the exam room while I was undressed. I had my shirt off and someone knocked then started to enter the room without permission while the doctor was completing her exam. Screens or curtains between the door the exam area could have avoided this uncomfortable and embarrassing situation. The doctor was apologetic and respectful.

Dr. Prochaska and her team have gone above and beyond to insure that I am good to go. They are all my Angels. I thank God that VA sent me to the best team on this side of Heaven.

Dr Prochaska is a wonderful Dr and very compassionate person. Easy to understand, warm personality and I was at ease during my visit.

Dr. Prochaska and her staff are the best. The only negative comment I can offer is how long I sat waiting to see the Dr. Seems to happen every time I see her. You need to space out the appointments so that the Dr. Has enough time with each patient without delaying subsequent appointments.

Knowing you have Cancer is scary enough when I meet Dr. Prochaska I didn't know what to expect. I must say she was great she allowed my daughter on FaceTime to join in with my appointment. Dr Prochaska explained everything to me and my family she also answered any questions we had she took her time and was never rushed. I loved when she gave me her card and said you can contact me 24/7 or one of my associates knowing this gave me relief knowing there is someone I can call with any questions which might arise. I know this is a battle I will fight for a year just knowing Dr Prochaska is in my court I feel I will win this battle with cancer. Dr Prochaska is the best provider I have ever dealt with in my 70 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I have had other oncologist who I didn't care for or trust. It seemed to me they had other agendas. I feel heard & seen by Dr Prochaska. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with cancer.

I'm so impressed with this Dr!!! I came in somewhat skeptical about the medication I knew I would be prescribed and had a lot of questions. She went over all of my pathology reports with me and answered all of my questions. She was thorough and patient, didn't feel rushed at all! This provider routinely runs late, I had a 10:30 appt, and was taken into the exam room at 11:00 and saw the provider at 11:20. This is slower than is typical in Wilmington for medical providers.

On time and understanding staff. Will continue with Dr. Prochaska and recommend her to others.

It was sobgood and totally unexpected after some other health providers. It made me have faith in this facility and its staff.

My experience feelings. As if I was on a production line. Getting me in and out on scheduled time. This is a reoccurring feeling whenever I visit one of your facilities....Name, insurance information, medication information, weight, pulse, temperature, blood pressure. Very short visit with the physician. Handed my visit information and escorted to the exit door. "Production line".
