My appointment with Walker Jamar was excellent. He was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions as best he could and I'm now set up with Dr. Walker for a procedure in November. I appreciate the timely manner in which the office was able to get me in to speak to the PA since I could not see a doctor until January and for that I'm grateful.

Wonderful staff! Bathroom not really sanitized. Waiting room furniture needs updating and replacement along with carpets, especially if patients are there for several hours. Thank you.

From beginning to end, from checking in to checking out, I had a fantastic experience. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. An employee at check in (and I am sorry I do not know her name) was even kind enough to help me with my iphone which was not working when I arrived. I needed to let my daughter know I had arrived there safely because I am handicapped and also have just had knee replacement surgery and she was worried I might have a problem walking. The lady was kind enough to help me get a call through to verify my safe arrival. I have been seeing Walker for several years now, and he is by far the most wonderful Medical PA I have had in Wilmington since my arrival here three years ago.

takes to long to get an appointment

My lab work was sent to this office on Friday afternoon, I had an appointment at 8:15 Monday morning. Within 20 mins that morning, Walker Jamar had my treatment scheduled. Thank you for your kindness and professional knowledge of my condition.

I am not new to this practice and I have been seen by other providers who were not very attentive to my questions. PA Walker, this was my first visit with him, was very much informed with regard to my gastro history and easy to communicate with. He discussed my care and reviewed my recent bloodwork and scan. I felt comfortable with his explanation.

Everyone from the front desk staff to nurse to lab technician were beyond professional. Wonderful experience! The nurse (from Massachusetts I can't remember her name) was delightful and Shante in lab was exceptionally skilled and courteous.

If an employee is on vacation, someone should fill in while said employee is away. Cross train and back each other up. I couldn't get my next appointment because one one could schedule it.

My appointment should have been scheduled in February. Some information did not get sent to Gastroenterology (a referral) where they could See the Information. I have been in pain since January, not knowing what's wrong with me.
