Good experience

My provider, Katie has been excellent. Very helpful, thorough, I have felt very comfortable and I know I am in good hands. I told Katie at the last visit, I have been so grateful for Novant Health Care!! Everyone I have seen has been great! Thank you!!

Provider is very helpful

I have always been impressed with the care I have received at Novant New Garden, but unfortunately my experience via telehealth left me with a sore taste. The provider started the conversation with "what's going on?" Not with an introduction or how are you. It felt very rushed, I had to repeat myself several times when it came to my symptoms, unsure if it was a lack of care or maybe she couldn't hear me. I was told "well you can buy a covid test at harris teeter over the counter for $15 next time." Also the provider wasn't in a private room but rather a work station with other coworkers moving around behind her.
