My wife and I have been patients at this practice for about ten years and cannot fathom ever going any where else. Dr. Kramer and his crew are extremely professional, personable, caring, sympathetic and willing to go above and beyond what the care might call for. They remain accessible and follow up after the visit. We live in Monkey Junction, so the practice is not right around the corner but again, we would never consider changing our primary care physician.

The only negative thing I have to say is not about wrightsville beach family medicine but about Motor Vehicle accidents in new Hanover county is frustrating . I was hit by someone and hurt my lower back and foot. I was seen at Medac and if not improving told to follow up with Ortho... no one would see me. Ortho refused to see me. I was able to get in to see my primary but need therapy and was refused by oleander rehab because I was in a MVA. Very frustrating.

My wait was longer than usual but nurse explained they were behind because of a 2 hour computer problem that morning. They are all very nice people.

I LOVE this office and drive in from Greenville NC to be seen by them. I'm sure I could easily find another doctor in Greenville but I don't think I could find one as good as Dr. Kramer.

Dr. Kramer is the kindest, most empathetic physician I know. He always has the answers and treats you more like a friend than a patient .

Dr Kramer is a wonderful doctor and is a very caring individual! I could be seen at my own medical facility where I work and pay less for each visit. But I still see Dr Kramer. His staff is also very attentive and friendly. I recommend his office every chance I get.
