I've been receiving medical care from your practice on Randolph Road for decades. I've always been impressed with the staff there. They are always professional and caring, especially NP Brinsko, she epitomizes the word CARE in healthcare.

Martha always takes the time to really see how I’m feeling. She answers all my questions, and make sure that I am getting all the tests and vaccinations that I need. She is an excellent listener and very understanding. The nurses I saw were polite, very competent and caring.

This is the first time I was disappointed in one of your staff members. I was waiting to check out and the lady kept conversating on the phone. It sounded like a personal call. She never gestured for me to hold on or I'll be with you shortly. I had to get back to work so I just left. I thought that was rude and unprofessional. I've always been satisfied with your office in every visit. This disappointed me. But Thank You to all that are continuously kind and professional!
