Never had a more thorough discussion and attention to my concerns as with Shelly. Very good explanation of the MRI and my condition.

I was severely disappointed that my appointment was NOT with the surgeon as it was my request upon approval for the device that I have consult with the surgeon in order to get a feel for her an hopefully gain a confidence in her . I was terribly disappointed in hearing that the procedure would NOT address my main pain (back ) at all but only my legs . When I requested that we possibly address the main problem first by MRI with follow up possible treatment and or surgery , but was told that it was a possible follow up after this procedure . The NP was very personable and good at explaining the procedure a the follow up.

She explained all my tests and was very attentive to my questions. I give her an A+.
