The appointment was excellent.

I was very happy with everyone at my appointment.

Had to wait over 1 hour to see dr.

Doctor seemed very hesitant to give me Covid test and I felt I had to strongly urge him to let me get test which was frustrating.

Dr. Dave and his nurse were very helpful and we were able to get a video visit at very short notice. They are the best.

I had to wait 50 minutes before seeing the Doctor. Scheduled appt. time with Dr. SHOULD be respected. I understand that rhe Dr. is busy but is the Dr. being overbooked? My appt. was at 10:00 am and I did not see the Dr. until 10:50. Patient's time should also be respected.

Dr Dave was very thorough in taking me through my bloodwork results and made sure I understood everything. He also recommended the options I have in taking preventative care with vaccinations. He listened carefully to my questions and answered all of my concerns.

Always a great experience! Candi checked me in/out for my appt. She was courteous and worked with my schedule for my upcoming appointments. Tamara prepared me for my visit with Dr. Dave and was efficient, friendly and thorough. Dr. Dave listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions and made sure I understood my treatment plan. I always have a great experience!!

Dr Dave needs to make eye contact to personalize the visit and to make sure the patient is heard.

I really like Dr Dave but....... I am old and find it difficult to watch the Doctor read numbers off a screen with no visual connection to me. I understand this is the "new Medicine" but I don't like it.

It was very good and I was treated as a patient and not as next(a number).I like my Doctor he acts. as a human and not like a little god.

Wait time was a bit long (about 40 min late), but my appt was later in the day. I have found that the wait gets longer the later your appt is.

Dr. Dave appears to be a very knowledgeable PCP. However, a more personal touch with patients would make him top PCP. It's great to come into office review test results and work on interpersonal skills such us facing patients maintaining eye contact, etc. Currently you just feel like your just another number....

Excellent staff. Appointment was timely and everyone was kind.

9 am appointment, taken in and seen by med tech immediately, then waited until 9:40 for the doctor. Novant needs to call to schedule appointments or do while I am still in the office, not schedule the next appointment randomly

I've been seeing this doctor for the last 5 years, and very satisfied with the care received. Staff is very pleasant, and able to answer questions and/or concerns I have at the time of my appointment.

Courteous staff

There was a small breakdown in communication...after Dr Dave was finished...he said to wait in the room and someone would come in to give me a lab slip to get labs done before leaving. I waited about 15 to 20 min...then stuck my head out the door. All in all...not a big deal. I would highly recommend this provider and practice.

Dr Dave is a caring doctor who doesn't rush you and asks for your concerns then follows up on them. He also informs you of treatments and options available to you for preventive care. His staff is also efficient, friendly and caring.

Seeing improvement from the last time I visited with my doctor. That is a wonderful thing.

After I checked in I waited 20 minutes to be called for my medicare evaluation. I asked if they had called me. Was informed that they missed the fact that I had a appointment for Medicare evaluation. This pushed back my physical exam with Dr Dave.
