She listens to my concerns, answers my questions and always advises age appropriate tests. She explains to me anything I am uncertain about. Yes, my visit was a very good visit. The staff from the time I arrive until leaving all were very courteous.. the nurse that took me back to the room was polite, caring and made sure that I was not exposed as she went in and out of the room.
