It was so refreshing to have a PCP provide me with healthy steps to control my weight and having them located so close to my home is truly a blessing.

Received a warm greeting/welcome upon entering the facility. Very kind and friendly staff. Nurse Lisa greeted me with a friendly smile and warm welcome. She always takes time to discuss my needs and issues. We also end our visit together with some friendly conversation. Dr. Rhyne always addresses all my health needs and issues. He always spend adequate time to make sure everything has been discussed and all questions/problems are answered. I am so thankful to have a primary care provider and staff as kind, caring and efficient as mine. Thank you Pilot Mountain Health.

The entire team was an absolute joy to be around. Helpful and friendly from start to finish. They made you feel very comfortable throughout the appointment journey. Dr Rhyne was simply phenomenal. He was personable and and exceptional listener. He was empathetic and has exceptional bedside approach. He was able to provide knowledge and perspective while making you feel part of the conversation, not just a passenger along for a ride. I very much appreciated everyone accommodating my acute need on a Friday. Wonderful team! I hope they get to see this feedback. They deserve the praise.

I switched to Novant because of a specific doctor. After the change, when I started seeing specialists, it was so different from where I switched from. Novant cares about it's patients and their well being. They listen and have heart. You don't find that anywhere else. Dr. Rhyne is one of the best doctors on staff.
