Everyone was very polite and professional

This was my first visit to this office. Suffice it to say I encountered a great staff and doctor which provided the information and treatment plan I believe will effectively take care of my medical problem.

Dr Ewald and his entire team are, professional, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. By far, the kindest I’ve ever dealt with. We never felt rushed and I knew they truly cared and tentatively listened to my elderly mothers concerns and explained the entire process from pre-op to discharge and what to expect thereafter! ( after visits to 3 other doctors that told her she was too old for surgery) For the first time in a year my mother left with renewed hope and knowing that she will get her full independence back!! God bless Dr Ewald and his entire team!!!

Dr Ewald and his team treated me well - explained my current issue and the alternatives for treatment. Once I decided on the direction I desired to take they proceeded to explain the risks, the recovery period and just what to expect before and after surgery. The visit was superb. I left without any questions unanswered or concerns not addressed.

I continue to be impressed by the timeliness of care providers in Novant affiliated practices. I have never waited more than a few minutes to be taken into an exam room for the initial evaluation by the MA, not have I ever waited more than a few moments to be seen by the doctors. This is why, when I’ve been recommended to see a specialist, I always look for a Novant doctor who accepts my insurance.

The entire staff has taken the time to listen and explain things through the whole surgical process. Dr Ewald never made me feel as if he were rushing between patients. Wish more offices and staff were like this.
