Even though I waited a little longer at this visit I very much much appreciated the time the doctor spent answering my questions and going over important information for my knee surgery.

He explained the potential of different treatment so I could understand. I felt heard and did not feel like he was brushing me off.

The PA that spent time with me was great. Listened well and explained things well. The Doctor then came in and I felt like he was more about the practice making money.
