Excellent experience

In reading the follow up notes it seams the Dr my have copied and pasted from past physicals. He stated I wasn't adhering to diet life style changes. If he looks at my weight history he can see since 2022, I've lost about 30 pounds (high weight of 225 to current weight 195). As I stated in the nurses feedback, I told him my thyroid labs had already been completed and he didn't need to order them but he did anyway. This is not the first I have had issues with him ordering labs. The Dr should explain clearly all labs that are being requested so we can discuss especially if I can't afford the cost. It also look like he added notes from my current visit from my Endocrinologist in my summary, which was confusing at first because I was thinking we didn't even discuss what was there. Then I realized it was notes from another Dr. Additionally there are things he stated in his notes that checked and or discussed and it just didn't happen.
