My only complaint is that we waited one and a half hours to see the doctor. My mother, the patient has dementia and was so agitated from waiting that I could not help her. My blood pressure was through the roof when we left this appointment. Something needs to be done about these long wait times. It is totally unacceptable.

He listens well, involves me in my care and knows when to refer me to a specialist . His excellent care has helped me stay out of the hospital several times . When I am hospitalized , he sees me there. I look up and there he is at 6:30 am to care for me ! They are few physicians who care so much and are so technically excellent . I wish there were many more like him !

My only concern is the way my blood pressure is taken. The hurried manor that it is taken is incorrect and gives a higher and inaccurate reading. The Assistant needs to worry less about saving a few minutes and have the patient settle into the chair ( in the exam room ) for a few minutes before the blood pressure is taken.

This was my yearly checkup from lab work one week to evg nurse work than see my primary care the next week. Everything went great and left there no stones unturned. My primarycare covered everything with me and answered all the questions I had for him.

Listened, trying everything possible to figure out what was wrong, did tests immediately - I couldn't ask for better service. Just wish we could have figured out what was going on in my body. His office even called next morning to check on me. Wish I could switch to him and I don't mean that as anything against my primary care physician but I was overwhelmed with his concerns. Great staff at the facility.

Extremely too long of a wait.. very frustrating. No one informed of delays. It was over an hour after appointment time that I was called back to a room. I thought I was forgotten since patients after me was taken back to the same providers rooms. Next time I will have the first appointment of the day to avoid this.

I waited an unusually long time before being seen. Appointment was at 8:45 and I saw Dr. Karras at about 9:30. I know things come up but it would have been nice for someone to step in and tell me my appointment would be somewhat delayed. Not a big issue but the treatment and service was excellent overriding the delayed meeting time. Dr. Karras is excellent in all aspects of patient care.
