I was very apprehensive about my appointment today. I have never been to urologist and I was nervous. Madison came in introduced herself, her demeanor made me relax right away. Madison was very kind, attentive and listened to what was going on with me. She explained what I may be dealing with and the options I could have. She did a short exam and explained everything. I felt heard as a patient and I have to say that doesn't always happen. This is a great office, I only wish all offices could follow their lead. Madison was great.,, I would recommend her to family and friends.
