Very professional and I did not feel uncomfortable. Love this facility and everyone I have seen and met are amazing!

I did have to wait over 35 minutes in the lobby. When the nurse came to get me she did apologize and inform me that they were running behind. I don’t feel like the wait was terribly long and I appreciated being offered a drink while I waited. Despite the wait, I did not feel rushed when the provider did come in to see me and I had all my questions answered. I was going through a miscarriage and she was very compassionate when explaining what next steps would be. It caught me off guard (in a good way) when she took the time to ask me how I was doing. Something about that moment was healing for me.

I like that the doctor didn’t rush me and she listen to me . Doctor was very kind. The nurse that assisted was very kind.
