I love Novant in Kernersville. Mr.Kefalis is so kind and always answers my questions and he gets my test results to me very quick.

I really like the PA Thomas that I saw. He was very courteous and treated me with respect and answered all my questions. He made me feel special. We got the help I needed to get a vaccine that I couldn't get. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I absolutely love having Dr. Kefalas on my care team. He is hands down one of the best providers I have ever had. He goes over all my lab work with me, answering all my questions. He has helped me not only with my hematology needs but he also helped refer me to a neurologist for nerve pain. He is great with communicating in person snd through Mychart. Dr. Kefalas is knowledgeable, compassionate, humble, understanding and makes people feel valued and heard, I not only feel this as a patient but I also see this in his interactions with his fellow coworkers. I trust him with my healthcare and refer everyone I know to him.
