Boom listened to and answered all my questions.He did not keep checking his watch as some other Doctors do. He seemed genuinely concerned about my heart issues. He provided positive feedback to my questions and took them seriously. This was the best visit I have had with any of the Doctors or PAs.

Upon arrival my condition was assessed by Boonpon Thongteum. The decision was made to send me to the hospital. He had his assistance call the hospital and have a bed waiting for my arrival avoiding the ER. It was so efficient. His concern and immediate action put me at ease. He kept the doctors at the hospital informed of my condition. He went beyond which I was so grateful and eliminated the fear I was having. Thank you Boonpon.

I had a discussion about my afib and medication possibilities. It was very useful and reassuring.

I was stuck in traffic on I 40 and called to let them know I was on the way and might be late. Phone was answered promptly and told not to be concerned about being a few minutes late. That was a relief when you are already stressed!
