She doesn't listen. She is always in a hurry and doesn't seem to want to take time with me or my concerns. I had another question after she left and she told the nurse my appointment was over to call back tomorrow.

Talks very fast and always feels like I am being rushed during a visit. Sometimes dismissive about questions asked or symptoms reported and if they could be associated with health conditions I am being seen for. Being rushed is a part of working in healthcare but I live with my body 24/7 and you hear my concerns about my body 10 minutes every 3 months regarding poorly controlled diabetes and take less than a minute to discuss starting insulin. It's a huge change to managing your condition and seldom provides encouragement just emphasizes how to get a1c in range and what will be done next if it has not changed. I appreciate having a short and long term plan in place but cannot help but feel they are just boxes to be checked off at this point. Have never had issues with communication in MyChart and always receive rapid replies.
