I felt like I was rushed and on top of that the Dr kept going out the room to tend to other patients, I barely got 15 minutes of attention, I was great full I got a fast track appointment, I didn’t feel I was attended like I should of, also I gonna look somewhere else for help, I don’t get it I pay for insurance I not getting nothing for free.

Dr. Whitaker was excellent! I spent 9 years not understanding the full extent of my condition. He took the time to explain in detail what my situation was, is and will be as I go forward. I will forever be grateful for him. Dr.Whitaker gave me Closure & Peace that I had so long for after 9 years.

I feel like the appt was rushed and I wasn't heard. He didn't take time to listen to my issues or concerns. I don't feel like there was any compassion at all. I was given no explanation or warnings of what he would be doing, what it would feel like or that it would be stained and embarrassing afterward. There was no numbing beforehand and he was not gentle at all. There were no instruction sheets afterward to help you with aftercare. I called the next day for instruction. She didn't know anything or even try to find out for me. She just said "Oh I'm sorry" very uncaringly. Again, no compassion whatsoever for your patients! I don't think I would ever go here again or recommend to anyone at all!

The doctor was honest about my condition. He didn’t try to hide the truths about my condition giving me false hopes. He told me what I needed to do to care for myself, gave me a prescription that we hope will help, and gave me the name of eye ointment I could get for bedtime. He also taught me the proper way to protect my eye from damage due to my condition.
