I was happy that I was able to get in so quickly and problem taken care of during initial visit. I figured I would be scheduled for the procedure at another appointment. Due to a cancellation I was able to get procedure done while there.

Dr Whitaker is a fantastic physician. He saw me within just a few hours of my request in the office for what he diagnosed as acute bacterial sinusitis, acute otitis media and a perforated tympanic membrane. I received a prescription for oral antibiotics as well as antibiotic ear drops. Dr Whitaker is a consummate professional and went the extra mile to help me. I am doing much better and I am eternally grateful for his care as well as that of his staff.

I felt like I was rushed and on top of that the Dr kept going out the room to tend to other patients, I barely got 15 minutes of attention, I was great full I got a fast track appointment, I didn’t feel I was attended like I should of, also I gonna look somewhere else for help, I don’t get it I pay for insurance I not getting nothing for free.

I loved the staff and Dr Whitaker straight off, staff very warm and welcoming, Dr Whitaker professional from start but also realized I’m more of a humorous person and eased up into a little more jovial persona which is exactly what I prefer, being a nurse I have found humor to be a very important part of medicine and healing. Thank you Dr Whitaker and staff, sometimes it’s difficult when someone like me, who travels for work, and needs to use a medical team not accustom to for care, to feel comfortable right off the bat, but I felt just like that, you guys are great!

Dr. Whitaker was excellent! I spent 9 years not understanding the full extent of my condition. He took the time to explain in detail what my situation was, is and will be as I go forward. I will forever be grateful for him. Dr.Whitaker gave me Closure & Peace that I had so long for after 9 years.

I feel like the appt was rushed and I wasn't heard. He didn't take time to listen to my issues or concerns. I don't feel like there was any compassion at all. I was given no explanation or warnings of what he would be doing, what it would feel like or that it would be stained and embarrassing afterward. There was no numbing beforehand and he was not gentle at all. There were no instruction sheets afterward to help you with aftercare. I called the next day for instruction. She didn't know anything or even try to find out for me. She just said "Oh I'm sorry" very uncaringly. Again, no compassion whatsoever for your patients! I don't think I would ever go here again or recommend to anyone at all!
