Nurse practitioner Jennifer Keiger was very professional and kind during the appointment. She explained everything and answered my question. Felt very comfortable with her talking about my personal medical concern. I would recommend her. The ultrasound tech was also very sweet and kind. She did an excellent job walking through the procedure and was very gentle.

Each time I visit...the entire staff treats me with respect..have a few laughs too...I want go anywhere else for a Gynecology exam..

From making an appointment to going back home it was a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the ultrasound was great and everything was explained to us. Everyone seemed so happy for us and it really hyped us up leaving the facility very happy! I’m glad I chose this provider.

I’ve been a patient for many years. This is the first time that the entire visit and all of the staff felt rushed. The nurse entered with room without me being informed or asked for consent- there was no knock when she entered, she entered in a rush and it was nerve-wracking. She did not put me at ease- instead initiated quite the startle response. My immediate provider is kind and informative but was obviously also in a hurry.

I've never had a bad experience at this office. From the front desk to the back, this team is awesome. Jennifer Kiger is the absolute best! She is thorough, attentive and she genuinely cares. I had to wait weeks for this appointment, but it was absolutely worth it. I would recommend this office and provider to my family.

The only thing to mention is I need a replacement IUD after 6 years. I was told I needed to contact my insurance to get approved for a replacement. I have never had to do this with any other provider because the office always did this for me. Now I have to call the insurance for approval and then call back if I get approved. I feel this is the responsibility of my provider.

I love the gynecologist that I’ve been seeing. We have a great relationship and she tends to every need, every concern I have.

Facility was clean, only 7 minutes away from my house, and the Dr and nurses were so nice. One of the quickest drs appointments I’ve ever had!
