Mark was an amazing listener. He answered each of my questions. Mark actually scheduled blood work to be drawn to save me from driving to Winston Salem the following day at 3:00. He had the results sent to Dr. Scott's office. At my age of 82, he relieve stress from me not having to drive to Winston the following day. I felt he really was looking out for me for me and HE CARED.
