Jordan Farewell, FNP

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Farewell, from the time she walked into my room to the time she left I felt seen, heard and most importantly understood for the first time in any type of medical setting. I have put off seeking care for years due to bad experiences and inability to feel comfortable sharing information I deemed to be embarrassing but with Dr. Farewell that was the complete opposite! I have already recommended her to multiple people, and will continue to do so! Her level of professionalism and ability to explain what was happening / what she plans to do given my concerns felt like a breath of fresh air!

The NP listened to my concerns and provided me options on discontinuing a medication that I feel is not effective as needed for my condition.

I went to the NP (Jordan) as a new patient. I am very pleased with her. Since I am new to the area, she set me up with multiple referrals to take care of all of my needs. Very pleased.
