We were looking for a family Dr and found him with Dr Schererville. Very kind, listens, and gives his thoughts. Looking forward to working with. Also, we observed how kind and considerate the staff was that we encountered.

The entire staff from the doctor to the nurse, the girl taking blood, to the receptionist were all great! I haven’t gone to the doctor in years because I never liked to. The whole staff made me feel extremely comfortable and completely at ease.

Dr Scherer, took time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He even took time to review additional questions about my X-rays I had taken a couple of weeks ago and made me feel at ease about those results. This was my first visit with him because my primary doctor was out. He offered a follow up appointment just in case I need to return so this made me feel comfortable in knowing that he cares about what I am going through.

There was some confusion about the meds that were ordered. When I went to pick them up there was just one called in instead of two. I had to return home, call office and then make another trip to pick it up.

Being a care provider for my father, it is very helpful and beneficial for Novant health to be as accurate and quick on the response with information as you were. Thank you. You have no idea what a blessing it is for children taking care of their parents!!

Got an appt very quickly as I was recommended by friends to him as a primary care doctor. He was very thorough and asked me questions abd listened to my answers and any complaints. He was great and also all staff that assisted me.
