This is the second time I've seen this provider. He listens to the patient's concerns, and when appropriate makes arrangements for further testing or specialist intervention. He protects warmth as well as competence.

He always listens. He was concerned for how bad I was feeling and how I sounded, with the awful cough. He gave me an antibiotic and something to help my cough. The antibiotic is working well.

Kirkley was great. Thorough and listened. I am a bit talkative about my condition and he smiled and was attentive. He made me feel at ease.
