Hard to put in words how much I appreciated Amanda Winfrey. She listened and showed understanding while staying on task to ask questions & my opinions, discussed options treatment. Very important to me & appreciated that she referred to my past records and was knowledgeable about my medical history. With that, she combined and considered what was going on now to determine best approach to start and very much stressed follow ups to monitor our plan. In other words, I'm so pleased.
