Dr. Winfrey always takes her time to talk with me, listens to concerns, treats almost all of my family and asks after them. She listens and spends time with her patients, which is what a physician should do. Novant makes that difficult for physicians because, you, Novant, are focused on money and not the patient, despite these little surveys.
