I have a lot of respect for Doctor courts.doctors that have been within a long time he listens he makes sure that all my questions are answered even if it's off questions not pertaining to what I came for I just love the way he pays attention he is very attentive

Dr. Courts provided all information from lab work, addressed all questions and concerns, and set up follow-up visits.

Dr. Kevin Courts was very personable and understanding. I had to take a call while at the visit and I was trying not to be rude. It's a pet peeve of mine when talking to others and they are talking on the phone. He was very direct and to the point. He included my son. Although my din is considered an adult he is Autistic and refers to mom to answer questions. Dr Courts was sensitive to his needs and ask both of us questions. Thank you for understanding and taking the time to tet to know us.

This entire office and especially Dr. Corts, are the standard by which all others should be measured. Every part of this experience is pleasant and makes me want to come back even if I do not like going to the doctor as a general rule. I know that whatever news i receive will be provided constructively and in a caring and friendly manner. It is an invaluable and rare characteristic among GPs, including others in the Novant system.

This Family practice is a very well run office. The person up front checked me in quickly and was so personable to the person in front of me, me and then the person behind me.
