The service was great and made me feel heard!

My provider was excellent. Not a very long wait time in between each step, and felt very heard. Necessary questions were asked, it felt like a very safe and resourceful space while still being informative and to the point.

Thanks to the team for being great!! And providing world-class customer service!! And medical attention!!! You guys rock!!!!

I appreciate the time Dr Payne spends with me. She helps me understand what is happening with my body. She gives very detailed instructions on what I need to do after the appointment. And she gives me options which she describes so that I can understand them.

From the time we walked into the doctors office, my husband and I was very impressed. The office was very clean, spotless. I love that we didn’t have to wait long to be seen by the doctor. Then to have our lab work done in the same building as well as my mammogram was awesome. I was very impressed.

Overall my visit was outstanding

I really appreciate Dr Payne and the student who was with her (I didn't catch her name unfortunately). They were both wonderful and listened to all my concerns and took them serious. I have problems that have went unaddressed for a while and having my concerns taken seriously and addressed promptly was very refreshing. Highly recommend this facility and their staff. Everyone I interacted with, from the receptionists to Dr Payne herself was very helpful and very polite. 10/10
